As an execution officer, you represent the bailiff in enforcement. You realize someone's rights quickly and with initiative. You do this in a team with the lawyer, each in their own role. You are right at the pain point between parties and ensure the right balance. It suits your exploratory nature to want to know, explore and take advantage of all the opportunities that the law offers. If possible, you create new case law. Enforcing the law is key. With the law as a guideline and ethics at the heart of everything.

As an execution officer, you have to be persistent. Sometimes it's like a chess game. If a defendant evades his obligations or hides assets and frustrates justice, you'll stick around until you get the story out. You identify opportunities to be ready to take action.

Your profile
