Complaints

The bailiff whose office is to enforce rules must also strictly adhere to those rules. Vurich takes the office of bailiff very seriously and is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards. This applies to all our people, regardless of their role. The people at Vurich should act professionally and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular with the rules of professional conduct of the Royal Association of Bailiffs.

These rules include:

  • The bailiff behaves as befits a good bailiff.
  • The bailiff practises their profession in such a way that their independence and official impartiality are not compromised.
  • The bailiff must practise their profession in such a way as to ensure the proper performance of their official duties.
  • The bailiff may not process confidential information, and may not disclose such information, beyond what or other than is required for the diligent performance of their profession and is permitted to them by or under the law.
  • The bailiff may not exert influence by announcing measures that they cannot actually take by virtue of their assignment, the law and the title issued to them.

Vurich has internal procedures intended to help our people act in compliance with laws andregulations.

Filing a Complaint
Any interested party who is not satisfied with the services provided by Vurich is entitled to complain. Complaints may be directed to: balie@vurich.nl
